Alright here's Atlas, one of my awsome lion characters that I'm role playing with over at ~Misfit-Pride


And now for all the Misfit Lion Bio stuff:
Name: He goes by the name Atlas (a collection of maps or manifolds, and geographic features.) (His true name is unknown)
Symbol: Seal of Rassilon (Time Travel symbol)
Species: (Time Elder) Physical exterior similar to a Lion
Sex: Male
Age: Physically Adult, In reality, 901 years. (On his 7th regeneration)

Unique Traits:
1 - He is from another planet. (Aliris)
2 - Has a binary vascular system (two hearts)
3 - Has the ability to stop time around him and travel through time and space.
4 - He has the power to subdue demons and evil spirits.
5 - He can close his mind and focus on only certain thoughts,
(good against mind readers)
6 - Can regenerate when dying, however little actually changes.
(Slight change in color, or a few different markings ect.)
7 - His eyes glow when he is using his night vision.
8 - He wears a band of alien technology on his left arm he uses it for various things including controlling his ship which he needs in order to to travel through time and space.

Personality:
Naturally curious he investigates everything he can although he is actually quite smart and considered a polymath. At first Atlas appears to be a light-hearted, talkative, easy-going, witty and gentleman of a lion. In reality he is an incredibly old alien from a ancient race on a distant planet. Very smart and has ability's allowing him to never even be touched by foes. He adheres to a strict principle of pacifism and has taken a vow not to kill unless he absolutely must. Also despite constant interaction with others, he is a lonely lion deep down, because, since he lives so long everyone he became attached to dies or eventually leaves him. Sometimes using a cheerful, energetic facade to mask his inner emotions. He has a tendency to babble, mixing apparent nonsense with real information, and sometimes acts erratically to put his enemies off guard.



Background Story:

He doesn't like to talk much about his background, it is a painful topic for him. He is from a planet called, Aliris, a green planet. He grew up with a pretty normal life, and became interested in other races and their histories, his race was very advanced and could travel in space spanning vast distances, even could go to parallel worlds, and the race lived for an incredibly long time in our standards.
He set off (when he was old enough) to different galaxies and planets first as a herboligist, then learning about different cultures and races as a scientist.
But on one fateful day on one of his expeditions he heard the bad news that a war broke out between his race and another on a neighbor planet. And that's when everything changed for him.

Now he still travels, often dropping by earth becoming more of an explorer and adventurer then a scientist, always trying to forget the horrible tragedy that still haunts him even after 200 years.
